Brittany Bode has built her professional career in franchising. She is passionate about business ownership and followed in her mother’s footsteps, helping people become entrepreneurs.
Brittany most recently worked as Senior Director of Franchise Development at Franchise FastLane, the leading franchise sales organization in North America. Prior to joining Franchise FastLane she worked for Jan-Pro International, the leader in Franchise Commercial Cleaning, awarding Master Franchise opportunities. Brittany and her husband have invested in a B2B service franchise in Minneapolis, MN. Bode loves helping people diversify their portfolio, build wealth, and realize their dreams of business ownership.

Samantha Schweitzer
Samantha Schweitzer has spent most of her professional career in franchising. Most recently at Franchise Fastlane, the leading franchise sales operation in North America. As a Senior Director of Development, she was able to help entrepreneurs realize their dreams, create additional revenue streams, and start legacies for their families.
Samantha has also invested in a home services franchise and owns all of the Madison, WI market and is invested in a B2B service business in Minneapolis, MN. She understands the joys and challenges of franchise ownership firsthand.

Brent Seebohm
Brent Seebohm started his first of eleven businesses in 2009 in the heart of a recession and it took off! He has solely owned four different franchise brands totaling 13 territories in four states since 2017, spanning fitness, beauty, and home services. Brent is still living the semi-passive franchisee executive model himself.
Most recently he was an award-winning Vice President at Franchise FastLane for nearly six years, leading the development of five different brands and 1,000+ entrepreneurs through the exploratory process, followed by recruiting hundreds of unique emerging brand founders to formalize dozens of new client partners.

Tera Thomas embarked on her franchising career over 25 years ago by chance and has since transformed it into a lifelong profession. Her extensive experience spans sales, management, training and development, funding, and finance, as well as hands-on experience as a franchisee.
Tera began her journey with a national moving franchise, quickly advancing from frontline staff to managing multiple franchise locations. She then transitioned to the corporate side as a Franchise Development Specialist before acquiring her own franchise. Most recently, Tera has specialized in franchise funding, assisting clients in securing strong financial solutions for their small business ventures.

Although opportunities arose to transition into franchise sales, Kathy chose to stay true to her passion, elevating the role of lead qualifier to new heights and significantly impacting the franchising industry.
